Automated inspection procedures.
PGM utilizes cutting-edge, fully-automated technology such as Ziess CMM, Smart Scope and a Nikons toolmakers microscope for inspection. We constantly analyze and adjust our inspection procedures to meet each project’s specific quality inspection needs.
SPC and Six Sigma - Process Excellence.
PGM is committed to engaging in every resource available for training our employees. One of the needs which arises from Six Sigma Black Belt programs are project execution support staff (i.e., Green Belts). Several of our people have been green belt trained and continually look to use these tools to improve and monitor our processes.

PGM is always in pursuit of the best practice models. We regularly visit companies in our industry or other industries to benchmark our systems and procedures. This proactive approach will always allow our quality performance to meet and exceed our customers requirements.
